I'm only human, And I write on this blog as a normal human with normal problems. I don't want to keep up a false appearance. This site is as much about my journey of applying philosophy's teachings as it is about sharing philosophy's wisdom with others.

So, I was having a rough go of it today. Was feeling pretty crappy. 

Ended up endulging my vice. I am back to day one of my recovery now, but I'm hopeful I will do even better this time. I had been backsliding a lot the last week or so, so I'm glad it is finally over and I can move past this episode.

I will be checking in here to let you know how it's going. 

Right now I'm sober and I'm doing something constructive, rather than drowning my guilt in a bottle. I will go out in the morning before sleeping, and get some things done, which will keep my productive/positive momentum going into tomorrow.
